Annual Fundraiser Supports the Floor Covering Industry Foundation
Manchester, NH (August 13, 2008) — CCA Global Partners, one of the largest privately held companies in the United States, today announced that it will host the 2008 Alan Greenberg Golf Tournament for the Floor Covering Industry Foundation (FCIF) on September 25, 2008 in Stone Mountain, GA. The tournament will be held at the Marriott’s Evergreen Conference Resort. All proceeds from the event will go to the Floor Covering Industry Foundation, which provides support to members who have experienced a life-altering hardship.
The annual golf tournament is a fundraising tradition originated in 2003 by CCA Global co-founders Howard Brodsky and the late Alan Greenberg. The tournament was renamed in Alan Greenberg’s honor in 2007. In its sixth year, this annual event has raised more than $600,000 for the FCIF, with a record fundraising amount of $160,000 in 2007.
The Floor Covering Industry Foundation is dedicated to financially assisting those who are or have been affiliated with the floor covering industry that experience catastrophic illnesses, severe disabilities, or other life-altering hardships. CCA Global is a major supporter of the FCIF and CCA Co-Founder Howard Brodsky currently serves as the FCIF Board’s Vice-Chairman.
